Chad Wilson, President & Founder
Chad has over 40 years of experience in the landscape industry. He discovered his love of nature early on, as an eight year-old mowing turf and moving stones for neighbors in Lake Floyd. Chad later moved to Charlotte, NC where he has spent over thirteen years pursuing his passion for designing and installing stunning landscapes.
Chad prides himself on education and has earned a Masters of Business Administration, a Masters of Art in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, and a Masters of Art in School Psychology. He also successfully pursued his desire to be fully and technically educated in the Landscape Industry.

Mike Culp, Manager
Mike joined our company in 2007 and is well versed in all aspects of landscape installation. He has earned the nickname "The New Michelangelo" from our clients. Mike is punctual, professional and high-quality oriented. All of our team members are educated through our training processes and possess strong ethics and morals. You will love working with Mike, and our team of landscape artist!
Elaine Page, Office Manager
Elaine began her position as office manager in August of 2014. Elaine has extensive knowledge and experience with years of working in all areas of office administration. When you call our office, Elaine is the smiling voice on the line that you will hear. Her favorite aspect of her position at Wilson's Natural Landscaping is customer service and the interaction with her peers, our clients, and potential clients. Elaine's greatest desire is that when you call our offices, you will feel her genuine interest and desire to care for you.
